Geocaching Sunrise

We started our morning off at Cast Iron Grill for breakfast.  This homestyle cooking is the best ever! I had a delicious veggie omelet with a gravy covered biscuit.  It was very good and the portions are filling.  If you are in downtown Lubbock...check them out!

After breakfast we headed out for some geocaching and sunrise photos.

I took a lot of sunrise and nature photos at the Footprints Of History at Dunbar Historical Lake.  While we were there, we were doing a little geocaching.  We walked and walked around the waterfall looking for a cache, but we never did find it.  We gave up and moved on to another area of the park and again, wasn't able to find it either.  We left the park and ended up at the old Stubb's Bar-B-Que.  I thought this was interesting and we finally found a cache.  I love geocaching for this reason.  I enjoy discovering new places!!
